الملخص

The research is one of the studies that fall within the field of cultural criticism. This study focused on the ethical strategy in the religious system contained in the texts of the book (Nafh al-Tayyib min Ghusn al-Andalus al-Ratib) by al-Maqqari. The researcher reviewed some of the basic ethical values ​​that had an impact on Andalusian society and contributed to shaping its identity. The beginning was by monitoring the systems of the virtue of contentment, which is a source of reassurance and satisfaction, as it motivates a person to be satisfied with what he has without greed, which reflects a spiritual dimension that supports the stability of the individual and society. This is followed by addressing the system of high ambition, which calls for striving to achieve lofty ambitions and noble goals, which is a value that had an impact on achieving scientific and cultural achievements in Andalusia. The system of patience was also monitored as a virtue that encourages steadfastness and endurance of hardships, especially in light of the difficult circumstances experienced by the people of Andalusia. The systems of the virtue of generosity and spending come as one of the components of strengthening social cohesion, as generous spending reflects the spirit of solidarity among individuals. The research also sheds light on the system of the virtue of knowledge and scholars, and the important role that knowledge played in strengthening the status of Andalusia as a beacon of knowledge, in addition to the impact of scholars in transmitting values ​​and morals to generations. Then comes the virtue of self-esteem, which grants a person dignity and protects him from submission to humiliation, also addressing the system of abhorring envy as a reprehensible trait that leads to weak relationships and the dispersion of society. الملخّص البحث يُعدُّ ضمن الدراسات التي تصب في حقل النقد الثقافي، وقد ركَّزَت هذه الدراسة على الاستراتيجية الأخلاقية في النسق الديني الوارد في نصوص كتاب ( نفح الطيب من غصن الأندلس الرطيب ) للمقَّري، إذ قام الباحث باستعراض بعض القيم الأخلاقية الأساسية التي كان لها أثر في المجتمع الأندلسي واسهمت في تشكيل هويته، فكانت البداية برصد أنساق فضيلة القناعة التي تُعدّ مصدرًا للطمأنينة والرضا؛ إذ تحفز الإنسان على الاكتفاء بما لديه دون طمع، مما يعكس بُعدًا روحانيًا يدعم استقرار الفرد والمجتمع، يلي ذلك التطرق إلى نسقية علو الهمة التي تدعو إلى السعي لتحقيق الطموحات الرفيعة والأهداف النبيلة، وهي قيمةٌ كان لها أثر في تحقيق الإنجازات العلمية والثقافية في الأندلس. كما تم رصد نسقية الصبر كفضيلة تحفز على الثبات وتحمل الشدائد، خصوصًا في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي مرَّ بها أهل الأندلس، وتأتي أنساق فضيلة الكرم والإنفاق كأحدِ مقومات تعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي، إذ يعكس الإنفاق السّخي روح التكافل بين الأفراد، كما يُسلّط البحث الضوء على نسقية فضل العلم والعلماء، والدور المهم الذي أدَّاه العلم في تعزيز مكانة الأندلس كمنارة معرفية، بجانب أثر العلماء في نقل القيم والأخلاق إلى الأجيال، ثم تأتي فضيلة عزة النفس، التي تمنح الإنسان الكرامة وتحصّنه مِن الانقياد للذل، وأخيرًا يتناول البحث نسق مقت الحسد بوصفه خُلقًا مذمومًا يؤدي إلى ضعف العلاقات وتشتت المجتمع .
